Lee Wiggins on the Importance of Investing

Lee Wiggins has been involved in investing for many years now, including establishing his own successful investment company. Lee Wiggins’ company, GPD Investments, is a European property investment and development group with offices in Dubai, London, and Geneva. Recently, he has been a part of creating a multi-use development in downtown Dubai. The development, called Empire Heights, consists of two 16 story towers that will house office, retail, and restaurant space. Because of the success he and many others have found, Lee Wiggins believes investing is an important part of anyone’s desire to become financially independent.

There are many reasons to invest and multiple capacities in which you can do so. According to Lee Wiggins, some of the biggest reasons include tax advantages, financial flexibility, making money, and portfolio diversity.

Lee Wiggins has found that many stock investments offer tax rebates and benefits. Rules vary based on national laws and regulations, but governments usually encourage investors by providing some sort of benefits.

Financial flexibility is another benefit of investing. Investments allow you to make money outside of your regular paycheck. Stocks can be traded throughout the day, real estate can be moved around in a matter of weeks, and business can be bought and sold throughout the year. Lee Wiggins loves the excitement and opportunity the financial flexibility of investing brings.

Lee Wiggins knows that the most obvious reason for investing is to make money. While investing does carry significant risk, it is also one of the quickest ways to accrue wealth. One of the most notable ways of doing this is through the buying and trading of stocks.

Lee Wiggins also enjoys investing because of the diversity it can bring to a financial portfolio. It is never financially smart to have all of your money tied up in one area or entity. Lee Wiggins points out that diversity allows people to mitigate risk.
